Location: [Noida, India] (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: CEO / Founder Role SummaryThe Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy of the organisation. This includes brand development, digital marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.This is a leadership and execution role, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement. The CMO works closely with sales and leadership teams to drive measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Positioning•          Define and evolve brand identity, voice, and positioning•          Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals•          Ensure brand consistency across all touch points (digital & offline)•          Build strong brand recognition and market presence2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing•          Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)•          Optimise cost per lead (CPL) and conversion metrics•          Build and manage marketing funnels and landing pages•          Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion3. Consumer Marketing•          Drive customer acquisition and engagement strategies•          Manage SEO, social media, and digital presence•          Create content strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)•          Launch campaigns to increase footfall and revenue4. Content & Communication•          Develop marketing collateral (pitch decks, case studies, videos)•          Lead storytelling and brand messaging initiatives•          Oversee content calendars and campaign execution5. Team Leadership & Budget Management•          Build and manage a high-performance marketing team•          Allocate and optimize marketing budgets for ROI•          Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners•          Track and report marketing KPIs (leads, CAC, ROI, brand metrics)Requirements•          8–14 years of marketing experience•          Minimum 3 years in a leadership role (Head/VP/CMO)•          Strong experience in digital marketing and brand building•          Proven track record of running performance campaigns•          Experience managing significant marketing budgets•          Strong collaboration with sales teams•          Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)Preferred Qualifications•          Experience in franchise, automotive, D2C, or lifestyle sectors•          Experience scaling a brand nationally•          Knowledge of influencer marketing & creator ecosystems•          Familiarity with CRM & marketing tools (HubSpot, LeadSquared, etc.)•      Strong industry network (media, PR, agencies)Please go through below links to know more about our companies –
