Now we are switching gears to start scaling our growth engine.What this internship actually is: Simple version:Your job is to figure out “How do we get more people to try Soma?If you think you will enjoy:figuring out strategies to find companies that would find the product relevant vibe-coding / working with tech to build infra to scale those strategiesfiguring out what to say so they caretweaking small details to get better numbers…this will feel less like “marketing” and more like solving a series of puzzles.Your first 2 months: Scaling the Outbound machineWe’ve cracked a playbook to acquire users through cold email --> we'll teach you everything we have learned over the last few months experimenting with this.Your goal will be to help us scale this engine to get to 30 demos/month.After that: 0 → 1 growth betsOnce outbound is humming, you will help find the next growth lever.This could look like:Simple content that pulls the right audience in.Partnerships with communities or influencers.Experiments on new channels.Weird ideas that should not work on paper, but might.You will design the experiment, launch it, measure it, and decide what to scale or kill.Who this is for:We usually click with people who treat work as their craft, not a checklist.You might be a good fit if you:Think from first principles: you can take a fuzzy problem, break it down, and decide what to try first.Start things on your own: you notice issues and go after them without being asked.Are tech-comfortable: basic scripts, vibe-coding, Notion, Sheets, simple automations do not scare you.
