Guest & Visitor ManagementGreet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.Maintain the visitor logbook and issue security passes where necessary.Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.2. Communication & CoordinationManage the central switchboard: answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.Handle general inquiries via phone and email promptly.Coordinate outgoing and incoming couriers, mail, and deliveries.3.
