Senior Executive - Warehouse Operations - Contract LogisticsJob Location - Bhiwandi MaharashtraDepartment - OperationsJob role - Facility Management (Administration) Responsibilities • Oversee daily administrative operations of the warehouse• Ensure proper documentation and record management• Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and utilities.• Ensure high uptime of material handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse infrastructure.• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.• Manage site-level vendors (security, housekeeping, pest control, transport).• Monitor SLAs and service quality.• Process vendor billing and cost tracking• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.• Control facility budgets, monitor utility consumption, and optimize costs.• Lead facility improvement, expansion, and automation support projects.• Maintain emergency response and business continuity plans.• Track admin-related expenses against budget• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and external stakeholders. Qualifications & competencies • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.• 5+ years’ experience in facility management within warehouse, 3PL, or contract logistics environments.• Strong knowledge of building systems and MHE maintenance.• Strong vendor management and coordination skills
