Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying the best suppliers and materials, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. The role includes overseeing procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, collaborating with the design and production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of sourced materials to support production goals. Qualifications Strong skills in supplier negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationsKnowledge and experience in procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operationsFamiliarity with quality control standards and cost analysisStrategic thinking and decision-making skills, with attention to detailAbility to manage tight deadlines and work collaboratively across teamsProficiency in market research to identify sustainable and high-quality textile suppliersStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Experience in textiles, manufacturing, or a related industry is highly desirable
