In this role, you’ll work closely on visual creatives for FurrCrew, a fast-growing pet-care lifestyle brand, focusing on clean, structured designs for products, collections, and everyday brand communication.Role Profile – Illustrator & Graphic DesignerJob Location – Pune, IndiaYou’ll be Responsible for:Conceptualise, ideate, and execute illustrations, animations, and complete creatives foronline and offline platforms.Create original graphics and promotional posters, including banners, flyers, digitalcontent, and event collaterals.Develop visual content for social media, ensuring consistency with our brand andengagement with our audience.Collaborate with marketing and events teams to brainstorm and execute design ideasthat enhance event promotions.Apply strong design principles (alignment, hierarchy, colour theory, typography) to allcreative work.Understand and interpret human and animal body language to create expressive andaccurate illustrations.Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and prioritising taskseffectively.Stay updated on design and animation trends, incorporating innovative techniques tokeep content fresh and appealing.Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.Skills & Requirements:Proven experience as an Illustrator/Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasingyour work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, Figma, and otherdesign software.Strong illustration skills with a creative, innovative, and versatile approach.Knowledge of animation principles and ability to produce simple animations.Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layouttechniques.Ability to create visually appealing designs tailored to the pet community.Strong understanding of human and animal body language for realistic, engagingillustrations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Passion for pets and understanding of the pet events industry is a plus.
