Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned Biology lessons for senior secondary students Develop and implement lesson plans that promote critical thinking and practical understanding Assess student performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback Utilize innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning outcomes Mentor students in science projects, competitions, and extracurricular academic activities Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development and academic planning Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in academic reviews Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biology (B.Sc.) with a Post Graduate degree (M.Sc.) in Biology or related field Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a senior secondary school setting Strong subject knowledge and ability to simplify complex biological concepts Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology in the classroom Demonstrated ability to inspire and engage students in science learning Valid teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed. or equivalent) is mandatory Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills How to Benefits Salary range- 30k-40k pm + Food + Accommodation Requirements PGT Biology
