Experience Required - 4+ Years Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST We are looking for a Workfront / Fusion Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Workfront Fusion (formerly Workfront Fusion/Make) to design and implement enterprise-grade automation workflows and integrations. This role is critical in building connected systems across Adobe and third-party platforms, ensuring real-time data flow, operational efficiency, and business process automation at scale. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable automation solutions. Key Responsibilities ● Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Adobe Workfront Fusion ● Build and manage complex Fusion scenarios connecting multiple enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Marketing, etc.) ● Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient integration architectures ● Implement data transformation, mapping, filtering, and validation logic within workflows ● Lead integration of Workfront with third-party platforms via APIs and connectors ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to migrate workflows from legacy systems to Workfront ● Ensure data integrity, reliability, and performance optimisation across integrations ● Troubleshoot and resolve workflow failures, API issues, and data inconsistencies ● Define and enforce best practices for Fusion development, logging, and error handling ● Contribute to architecture discussions and automation strategy across projects Core Technical Competencies Adobe Workfront & Fusion ● Fusion Scenario Design (multi-step workflows, routers, error handling) ● Workfront Object Model (Projects, Tasks, Issues, Documents, Users) ● Event-driven automation and webhook-based integrations ● Scheduling, triggers, and real-time execution patterns Integration & APIs ● REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and Authentication (OAuth, API Keys) ● Third-party integrations (Salesforce, Adobe tools, ERP systems, etc.) ● Data mapping, transformation, and schema alignment Data & Automation ● JSON/XML handling and transformation ● Data validation, filtering, and enrichment ● Workflow optimisation and performance tuning Required Skills & Qualifications ● 4-5 years of experience in integration development and workflow automation ● Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion ● Adobe Workfront Developer Core & Fusion certifications (preferred/required) ● Strong understanding of data structures, transformations, and system integrations ● Experience working with APIs, connectors, and middleware platforms ● Hands-on expertise in workflow automation and process optimisation ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment ● Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
