About the Role We are looking for a talented and experienced Study Visa Counselor  with a strong track record of successful visa approvals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling student visa applications for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Germany . This role requires someone who can manage the complete student journey — from counseling to visa approval — end to end . Key Responsibilities Provide expert counseling to students for study abroad opportunities Guide students in selecting suitable courses, colleges, and countries Handle complete visa process including documentation, SOP, and application filing Assist students with visa interview preparation Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications Maintain regular follow-up with students throughout the process Stay updated with visa rules, embassy requirements, and immigration policies Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience  in study visa processing Proven track record of successful visa approvals Experience with countries: Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Germany Strong communication and counseling skills Ability to handle end-to-end student process independently Knowledge of documentation, SOP writing, and visa filing Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in study abroad consultancy Good English communication (spoken & written) Ability to convert student inquiries into successful applications Detail-oriented and process-driven Job Details Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives Important Note Only candidates with relevant visa experience and proven success record  should apply.
