The Role: The Academy Pilot We are seeking a seasoned, high-impact leader to step in and own the Academy vertical end-to-end. This is a 360-degree leadership role. You will be the bridge between high-level strategy and daily operational excellence. The Game Plan: Your Leadership Mandate ● P&L & Business Ownership: Take full responsibility for the Academy’s financial health. You will manage budgets, drive revenue growth, and optimize operational costs to ensure the vertical is both high-impact and highly profitable. ● Vertical Expansion: Own the roadmap for growth. You’ll lead the charge in getting the Academy into every major school, college, corporate office, and club across India. ● Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across all centers. You’ll streamline workflows to ensure that as we scale, the Academy experience remains seamless. ● Coaching & Quality Control: You are the guardian of our standards. You will oversee the hiring, training, and performance of our coaching staff to ensure every session delivered is worthy of the PadelPark name. ● Brand & Partnership Strategy: Leverage our heavy-hitting affiliations—McDonald’s and MS Dhoni—to build trust and close high-value institutional deals. ● Pipeline & Performance: Maintain a rigorous data-driven approach to tracking outreach, enrollment conversion, and retention.
