Role OverviewThe Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) will act as the owner-operator of YourGreeners, responsible for independently running, scaling, and innovating the business. This role includes end-to-end ownership of operations, product development, and launching new services, while the founder focuses on other ventures.Core Responsibilities1. Business Ownership & StrategyTake complete ownership of YourGreeners’ execution and growthTranslate founder vision into actionable business strategyDefine and execute 6-, 12-, and 24-month roadmapsIdentify new revenue streams and expansion opportunities2. Product Development & InnovationOwn the full product and service innovation lifecycleIdentify market gaps and customer pain pointsConceptualize, validate, and prioritize new products/servicesLead MVP development and rapid iteration cyclesConvert one-off offerings into scalable, repeatable products3. New Service Launch & Go-to-MarketDesign and package new services (pricing, scope, SLAs)Independently plan and execute product/service launchesDefine GTM strategy: target customers, channels, positioningCoordinate marketing, sales enablement, and onboardingMeasure adoption, revenue impact, and product-market fit4. Operations & ExecutionRun day-to-day operations with minimal founder involvementBuild and optimize SOPs, workflows, and execution systemsEnsure timely delivery, quality control, and cost efficiencyMaintain financial discipline on budgets and margins5. Team & Ecosystem ManagementBuild and manage internal teams, freelancers, and vendorsHire execution-focused roles as neededDrive accountability, ownership, and performance cultureManage partners and external collaborators6.
