The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements within a real estate development environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and maintain daily financial transactions using Tally Prime and accounting systemsManage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment trackingHandle petty cash management and site-level expense monitoringPerform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial recordsProcess purchase bills, vendor invoices, and financial entriesAssist in GST return filing and complianceSupport TDS calculations and statutory complianceMaintain proper documentation, data, filings, and audit-ready recordsAssist in preparation of financial statements and internal reportsSupport internal audits, budgeting, and financial planning activitiesCoordinate with internal teams and site staff for financial dataProvide administrative and accounting support as requiredQualificationsProficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and handling financial transactions.Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation.Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as Tally Prime.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.Good organizational and time management skills for meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in accounts payable, receivable, invoices, GST filings and bank reconciliationKnowledge of tax compliance, project finance and financial regulations is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.Work Environment and Culture:At Sitaram Infra Developers, we strive to create a professional, performance-driven, and collaborative work environment.
