Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and strategic General Manager – Sales to lead our sales division. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the real estate industry and a strong ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. This role demands a result-driven leader who can develop strategies, drive revenue, and ensure seamless client experience.Role & responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Monitor team performance, provide coaching and support, and conduct regular performance reviews.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for smooth execution of sales plans.Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, and direct buyers.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements.Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
