Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a creative brand strategist. The creative producer will be responsible for translating client briefs into compelling creative concepts, presentations, and production-ready ideas. The role requires a strong balance of creative thinking, client communication, and execution support. Key Responsibilities (KRA) 1. Client Servicing & Strategy - Lead brand and content strategy discussions with clients - Understand client business goals, target audience, and market positioning - Translate client briefs into clear strategic directions for creative and production teams - Act as the main strategic point of contact for assigned clients 2. Brand & Content Strategy - Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice - Create content strategies for digital, social media, brand films, campaigns, and video formats - Plan storytelling structures aligned with brand objectives and audience behavior - Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables 3. Creative Direction Support - Collaborate with creative directors, writers, designers, and video teams - Review concepts, scripts, storyboards, and content plans from a brand len - Provide strategic inputs to elevate creative ideas without compromising feasibility 4. Research & Market Insights - Conduct industry, competitor, and audience research - Identify trends, content opportunities, and platform-specific best practices - Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams 5. Pitching & Presentations - Support new business pitches with strategy, ideas, and deck content - Create client-ready presentations, case studies, and proposal narratives - Participate in pitch meetings and creative presentations 6. Project Coordination & Quality Control - Work with project managers to ensure strategy alignment during execution - Review outputs to ensure they meet strategic and brand objectives - Flag scope creep or misalignment early and suggest solutions Qualifications - Proficiency in Brand Strategy, Brand Development, and Brand Management - Experience in Branding and creating cohesive brand identities - Strong communication skills with a focus on crafting effective messaging - Ability to conduct market analysis and apply insights to enhance brand positioning - Creativity, critical thinking, and attention to detail - Team collaboration and project management skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field - Experience with digital platforms and content trends is a plus Experience 3–5 years of experience in a creative and digital agency, production house, or media environment (flexible for the right candidate).
