Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Experience Cloud & Salesforce order Management not CPQ order management) must have Shift: 2PM to 11:00 PM (until 1:30 PM EST) Job Location: India Job Type: Remote Required Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience - Strong experience in Salesforce Order Management not CPQ Order management - Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud - Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills - Experience working in Agile or consulting environments - Knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Automation, Security, Reports, etc.) - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with Experience Cloud - Experience with Salesforce CPQ - Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP or other ERP systems - Understanding of API integrations and middleware - Experience working with large enterprise Salesforce implementations Required Certifications: - Mandatory: 1. Salesforce Certified Administrator 2. Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant - Optional (Preferred): 1. Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant 2. Salesforce CPQ Specialist / CPQ Admin Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions. - Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Order Management solutions. - Provide techno-functional expertise across Sales Cloud, CPQ(Good to have) and Experience Cloud. - Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions. - Support integration between Salesforce and ERP systems (preferably SAP). - Configure and customize Salesforce using flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation tools. - Participate in solution design, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide client demonstrations, workshops, and documentation. - Ensure Salesforce solutions follow best practices and scalable architecture.
