We are rethinking how humans interact with complex data systems. Less dashboards, more intelligence. The Role We’re looking for a high-level frontend engineer who cares deeply about performance, UX, and product thinking. This is not about building forms. This is about building the interface to complex data and AI systems. What You’ll Do - Build and own a high-performance frontend using Next.js (App Router) - Design and implement complex, data-heavy user interfaces - Create real-time, interactive experiences (streaming data, async updates) - Work closely with backend and AI systems to surface intelligent insights - Optimize for performance (SSR, caching, edge), usability, and scalability - Define frontend architecture and best practices - Push UX beyond standard SaaS patterns What We’re Looking For We want someone who: - Has deep expertise in Next.js and React (modern stack) - Understands how the browser works (rendering, hydration, performance) - Has built complex frontend systems, not just simple apps - Thinks in user experience, not just components - Understands trade-offs between SSR, CSR, streaming, and caching strategies - Has strong attention to performance and detail - Is comfortable owning the frontend architecture end-to-end - has more than 5 years experience Tech Stack (Current & Evolving) - Next.js (App Router, Server Components) - React - TypeScript - Tailwind or modern UI systems - API-driven and real-time data - AI-integrated interfaces Why This Role is Different - You will build how users interact with AI and data - You will define the core user experience of the product - You will work at the intersection of frontend, data, and AI - Your work will directly impact how intuitive complex systems feel What We Offer - Competitive salary and meaningful equity - High ownership and minimal bureaucracy - Direct impact on product and technical direction - Opportunity to build a fundamentally new type of interface Who This Is Not For - People who only build CRUD applications - People who ignore performance - People who don’t care about user experience How to Apply Send: - or CV - Short note: What is the most complex frontend system you have built and why?
