Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Körber (HighJump) WMS Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end implementation, support, and delivery of WMS solutions. The role requires strong expertise in warehouse operations, team leadership, and client engagement across retail/3PL environments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of Körber WMS implementations and support projects - Manage and mentor teams of consultants, developers, and support engineers - Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration - Oversee integrations with ERP, OMS, and TMS systems - Optimize warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, labor) - Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with effective risk and stakeholder management - Support pre-sales activities including solutioning and estimations Required Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of experience in WMS, with strong Körber (HighJump) expertise - Proven track record of leading WMS implementations and support engagements - Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes (Retail/3PL/eCommerce) - Experience in configuration, customization, and system integrations (API/EDI) - Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
