Skill: SAP Basis Exp-8-15 Years Location-Navi Mumbai(Airoli),all 5 days WFO Mandatory Skills-SAP Basis, S/ 4 Hana Overview: As an SAP BASIS Lead, you will play a crucial role in owning and managing the multi-system SAP landscape, including ECC and S/4HANA environments. Your responsibilities will involve leading BASIS operations, upgrades, and migrations, as well as coordinating with various teams to ensure system availability and compliance. With 8-15 years of experience, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership, driving system modernization and performance optimization. Responsibilities: - End-to-end SAP technical landscape ownership, including ECC and S/4HANA environments. - Ensure system availability, stability, performance, security, and scalability. - Lead BASIS operations, upgrades, migrations, and cloud initiatives. - Coordinate with functional, security, infrastructure, and business teams. - Oversee daily BASIS operations and perform deep-dive troubleshooting. - Manage HANA database administration and performance tuning. - Drive SAP Unicode, Code Inspector, SPAM, SUM, and DMO activities. - Lead ECC to S/4HANA conversions and ensure system compliance. - Act as a Major Incident Manager (MIM) for SAP outages and provide leadership during critical incidents. - Create SOPs, technical documentation, and runbooks to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications: - 10-15 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, ECC 6.0, S/4HANA, and SAP HANA administration. - Proficiency in SAP tools: SM, ST, RZ*, DBACOCKPIT. - Experience with SAP upgrades (SUM, SPAM, SWPM, DMO) and transport management. - Familiarity with OS: Linux/Unix, Windows, and databases: SAP HANA, Oracle/SQL. - Leadership skills and the ability to handle high-pressure production environments. - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. - Experience with SAP Cloud (AWS/Azure preferred) and hybrid SAP landscapes. - Knowledge of ITIL (Service Management) and SAP certifications is preferred. - A strong background in SAP ECC Logistics modules and SAP BW is an asset.
