Objectives - Strategize, Implement and maintain initiatives that adhere to organizational digital objectives - Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality and performance - Act as single point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs - Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long term partnerships - Oversee project teams and ensure client goals are reached Responsibilities Account Management - Understanding client needs, business goals and defining vision and aligning stakeholders around the vision - Stay on top of project needs, making sure they’re receiving services that are meeting their needs - Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce project reports for management and stakeholders - Generate progress reports to give to clients and within the organization with data analytics of the project - Support the client team in preparation of review presentations for senior management (MD, CEO, CIO, Chairman). Digital Delivery Implementation - Work closely with stake holders, cross-functional teams and assigned project managers & site teams and gather data to incorporate in application - Gather customer feedback to further improve the app - Work closely with backend team to create features that address customer needs - Collaborate with client teams to get application implemented in project and on field for existing as well as new features - Identify and troubleshoot problems by conducting periodic customer review meets virtual/physically as per the need of the hour and go deep to solve problems at field level - Handle the user engagement with proper grooming, timely planning and execution - Tracks application use and impact on end users BIM Implementation - Own and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and ensure adherence across teams - Oversee receipt, tracking and approval of all BIM inputs and deliverables - Define modelling standards, requirements and data structures across disciplines - Review discipline-wise and federated 3D models before client submission - Ensure effective inter-disciplinary clash detection strategy and guide resolution of critical clashes - Generate, track and manage issues and transmittals through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) - Monitor critical and aging issues, ensure timely escalation and drive closure with responsible stakeholders - Ensure proper documentation, audit trail of all Digital Delivery-related communications - Review and validate MSP schedule input prepared by the site team - Ensure timely planning and release of 3D and 4D deliverables based on input availability with high-quality outputs for progress monitoring, constructability reviews, and management presentations. - Lead development of baseline, look-ahead and plan-vs-actual 4D simulations aligned with project controls - Oversee model-based quantity extraction and reconciliation with BOQs and site requirements - Support planning teams with reliable model-based data for cost forecasting and decision-making - Coordinate with site team to resolve any data discrepancies and ensure all Digital Delivery-related Power-BI dashboards are updated weekly with the latest project data Training & Support - Conduct training programs and provide strategic guidance to site teams, design consultants, and internal teams on CDE and Technology processes - Act as the single point of contact for all Digital Delivery-related matters with client site teams, head office and design consultants Required qualification, experience & skill set: - Graduation in Civil Engineering with Post-Graduation in Management (MBA/PGDM) from an accredited institute with 7+ years of relevant work experience - Preference will be given to candidates with Post Graduation in Management. - Program Management skills. - Understanding of the construction processes - Interested in technology and keeps with the current trends in technology space - Self-motivated and capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities - Good communication skills, a team player and collaborator
