Hiring: Sr Vice President / Associate Director – Integrated Investment & Development Management (Mumbai) We are working on a high-impact leadership mandate that combines Investment Management and Development Management into a single integrated role. This position is ideal for someone who has end-to-end exposure across the real estate lifecycle—from deal underwriting and financial modelling to design, development, and value creation. The role involves: - Leading investment analysis, underwriting, and deal execution - Driving feasibility, financial modelling, and transaction structuring - Overseeing design, approvals, and development execution - Managing cost, risk, timelines, and stakeholder coordination - Aligning development strategy with leasing and commercial outcomes We are looking for professionals who bring a strong mix of analytical depth, commercial acumen, and on-ground development understanding, with prior experience across real estate investments, private equity, or development platforms.
