Position Overview- Capri Global Capital Ltd is seeking Assistant Manager-ESG. This role will focus on ESG data tracking, risk alignment and performance monitoring, enabling deeper integration of ESG considerations within credit processes and portfolio oversight. Key Responsibilities- - Managing ESG data tracking at borrower and portfolio level - Aligning credit appraisal and monitoring processes with defined ESG criteria - Conducting data analytics to support sustainable finance initiatives and thematic lending - Tracking impact indicators linked to financed assets and sectors - Supporting integration of ESG risk parameters within credit evaluation frameworks - Support in strengthening various ESG ratings and quality of data available internally with various departments - Preparing dashboards and periodic reports for internal review and management oversight - Ensuring data readiness for investor disclosures and regulatory reporting - Coordinating with Risk, Credit and other departments for timely and accurate data collection - Strengthening documentation and internal controls around ESG data governance Qualifications- - Candidate from Banking/NBFC with prior experience in sustainable finance and credit risk. - Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and analytics. - Post graduate candidate with around 4-5 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
