Location: Preferably, Mumbai (Hybrid Role) Industry: Nutraceuticals/Ayurveda/Pharmaceuticals We are looking for a highly driven Export Sales Head with strong, hands-on experience in international sales of tablets and capsules. This is not a desk role. We need someone who has personally built export markets, travelled internationally, and closed business with distributors/importers. What You Will Be Responsible For - Drive international sales and revenue growth across key markets - Identify, appoint, and manage distributors / importers globally - Personally lead business development and order closures - Generate leads through B2B platforms (Alibaba, Trade India, etc.) and direct outreach - Build and execute market-wise sales strategies - Represent the company at international exhibitions and client meetings - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand wallet share - Work closely with internal teams for product positioning and execution What We Are Looking For - 5–10+ years of hardcore export sales experience - Mandatory experience in selling Tablets & Capsules (Nutraceutical / Pharma / Ayurveda) - Proven track record of closing international deals - Candidates who have travelled abroad for business development will be strongly preferred - Strong network of distributors/importers in overseas markets - Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently - Comfortable working across time zones Why This Role - Opportunity to build and scale global markets - High ownership role with direct impact on revenue - Entrepreneurial environment with fast decision-making Compensation Best in Industry + Strong Performance Incentives If you are someone who believes in “going out, building markets, and closing deals”, this role is for you.
