As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, your daily activities will include generating leads, meeting with clients to understand their real estate needs, and showcasing properties that meet their requirements. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on the buying and selling process, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with clients. You will also be tasked with staying updated on real estate market trends and effectively leveraging data insights to drive successful sales outcomes. Qualifications - Real estate and property sales knowledge, including familiarity with local market trends (Bangalore East/ North) and customer needs - Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals - Proficiency in customer relationship management, lead generation, and follow-ups - Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines - Basic computer literacy and knowledge of real estate marketing tools - Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
