The company aims to position India as a global hub for affordable human augmentation technologies while ensuring last-mile accessibility through strong clinical partnerships and distribution networks.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Sales Lead - Prosthetics located in Sonipat. The Clinical Sales Lead will oversee sales initiatives and business growth in the prosthetics space. Duties include identifying and converting sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, managing key accounts, working alongside clinical teams to demonstrate product efficacy, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure the delivery of effective bionic solutions.Key Responsibilities Build and onboard prosthetic & orthotic clinics across India Conduct product demos and clinician trainings Drive sales closures and revenue growth Manage relationships with clinicians & partners Support patient onboarding and field deployments Gather on-ground feedback for product improvementQualifications Expertise in sales and account management within the healthcare or medical technology sectors Background in medicine, specifically prosthetics and orthotics is highly desirable Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work closely with clinical teams and clients Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet organizational goals Experience in prosthetics or medical devices is an asset Bachelor’s degree in a related medical or business field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business profitability Willingness to work on-site and travel as requiredCompensation Structure ₹5-10+ LPA, including fixed salary, performance based incentives, and sales bonusWhat Success Looks Like (First 3-6 Months) Onboard 15–30 active clinics Close initial sales and build revenue pipeline Establish strong clinician relationships Create repeatable sales processFor more details, visit our website at Email your CV at: hr@
