Position: Design Manager – ArchitectureLocation: Bengaluru Industry: PMC – Design – ArchitectRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Design Manager – Architecture to lead and manage architectural design processes during preconstruction and execution stages. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design intent is delivered efficiently and accurately.Key Responsibilities✔ Collaborate with internal teams, departments, and stakeholders to achieve design objectives ✔ Participate in design studies, material selection, methodologies, and cost estimation ✔ Lead mock-ups, look & feel approvals ✔ Schedule, conduct, and document coordination & design meetings ✔ Ensure QA/QC processes are implemented and maintained ✔ Manage design submissions during preconstruction stages ✔ Review and provide inputs on GFC drawings ✔ Coordinate with consultants across concept, schematic & GFC stages ✔ Maintain daily coordination with internal stakeholders ✔ Prepare meeting matrices and documentation ✔ Generate monthly MIS reports for design and construction activities ✔ Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by managementQualification & Experience✔ B.Arch (Mandatory) ✔ 8–10 years of experience in preconstruction/design management ✔ Airport project experience preferredKey SkillsExperience in managing large-scale projects Strong knowledge of urban design & concept development Proven team management & leadership skills Ability to suggest and implement design improvements/changes Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication (written & verbal)⚡ Why Join?✨ Work on large-scale, high-value projects ✨ Exposure to end-to-end design lifecycle ✨ Collaborative environment with top industry professionals
