You will partner with founders to map workforce planning against business roadmaps. Onboarding & Culture Building : Create structured onboarding plans to integrate new hires quickly. You will intentionally shape a culture of "one team, one goal" to maintain high engagement. Compensation & Total Rewards : Design competitive salary structures andESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan)philosophies to attract and retain talent in a lean environment. Operations & Compliance : Oversee payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure legal compliance with labor laws (e.g., POSH in India). Startup Scaling : Evolve HR processes as the team grows.Requirements & QualificationsExperience : 6 & Above years of HR experience, ideally within atech startup or e-commerceecosystem. Technical Skills : Proficiency inHRIS ,ATSplatforms, and data analytics tools. Soft Skills : High emotional intelligence, exceptional conflict-resolution abilities, and the ability to operate with "speed, structure, and data-driven decision making".
