Job Title:Tender cum Business Development (BD) Expert Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end tendering processes while driving business development initiatives. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing competitive bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful project acquisition.Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration / related field 5–7 years of experience intendering and business development Prior experience ininfrastructure, EPC, or engineering sectorpreferred Salary As per experience and interview performanceKey ResponsibilitiesTender Management Identify and track relevant tenders (Government / Private / EPC / Infrastructure projects). Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications. Prepare and submitEOI, RFQ, RFP, and tender bidswithin deadlines. Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams for accurate documentation. Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and submission guidelines. Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes. Business Development Identify new business opportunities in target sectors (infrastructure, engineering, etc.). Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and government bodies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
