Talent500 is hiring for one of its clients Position Summary: The PMO Director, IGBS is a high-impact position with goals focused on driving program execution that reshapes ANSR Medtech in support of Company vision and strategy (STRAP). Leading teams & project portfolios across the organizations functions, and in coordination with key stakeholders, the PMO Director, IGBS brings consistency, integrity and intensity into strategically critical program execution. In addition, this role will establish a PMO COE for value delivery at the ANSR Medtech enterprise level. Responsibilities: Performs an integral role supporting the scoping of key project portfolios to enableANSR Medtech strategy and enablers to deliver roadmap (resources, technology, etc.) Establish and operate PMO COE capability forANSR Medtech to support theANSR Medtech enterprise beyond specific IGBS Center activities Collaborate with key program stakeholders and drive program implementation across workstreams and business groups Accountable for critical/complex project execution within overarching portfolio Ensure delivery of the portfolio against the implementation plan & roadmap with regular reporting cadence and successfully manage program risks, issues, actions and decisions Produce leadership reporting for the program, escalate critical issues and define mitigation strategies Lead deep-dive risk and issue resolution sessions as required during execution Lead periodic roadmap assessment and facilitate re-planning sessions as needed Minimum Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelors degree required; masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, PMP, etc.) a plus 15+ years' experience in managing large cross-functional business transformation projects/portfolios Excellent planning and management skills, ensuring that cross-functional team members understand roles and responsibilities and key deadlines are met Experience establishing a new capability for enterprise value delivery including required stakeholder management Ability to develop and manage portfolio of projects prioritization, tradeoffs, risk management, etc. Business / finance acumen ability to understand financial components of project scope & reporting Ability to understand end to end processes & dependencies and how project scopes impact business Excel / analytical & PowerPoint development & delivery skills, suitable for executive level Proven track record of managing diverse stakeholders in a high-pace, ambiguous environment Experience is deploying programs/projects across a variety of functions: IT, Finance, HR, etc. Desired Competencies : Drives for Results Consistently meets goals and objectives with increasing focus on stretch goal attainment.
