From marketplace enablement to strategic growth planning, we deliver end-to-end solutions that empower brands to scale seamlessly, optimize operations, and cultivate enduring consumer loyalty.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on eCommerce Account Manager to own and optimize marketplace presence and growth for our portfolio brands across India and global markets. You will lead planning, execution across brands, merchandising, performance marketing (AMS and marketplaces, quick commerce ads), pricing, and sales acceleration while serving as the primary liaison with marketplace category teams and client stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Category Management• Own day-to-day management of multiple brand accounts across Amazon India, Amazon UK, Amazon UAE, Amazon USA, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other relevant marketplaces.• Act as the single point of contact for assigned brands and take full account ownership for strategy, execution, timelines, issue resolution, and performance outcomes.• Run weekly and monthly business reviews with client stakeholders; publish insights, action plans, and growth recommendations.• Coordinate with marketplace category or vendor teams for promotions, merchandising visibility, PO planning, and escalation management.International Marketplace Ownership• Set up, manage, and scale brands across international marketplaces, especially Amazon UK and Amazon UAE, while also supporting other global platforms as needed.• Build country-wise growth plans aligned to sales, margin, and brand objectives, with clear priorities for target SKUs, promotions, and seasonal calendars.• Manage global catalog readiness, pricing structure, compliance requirements, inventory flow, and cross-border operational coordination.• Drive marketplace expansion with full visibility into account performance, business risks, and growth levers across regions.Performance Marketing & Visibility• Plan, launch, and optimize marketplace advertising across Amazon Ads and other relevant ad platforms; manage budgets, bids, and testing frameworks.• Track and improve ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR, share of voice, and ranking performance through structured optimization.• Improve discoverability and conversion through strong on-site merchandising, content hygiene, review velocity, and competitive benchmarking.Pricing, Promotions & P&L Management• Manage the complete P&L for assigned accounts, including topline performance, gross margins, contribution margins, ad spends, discounting, and profitability.• Recommend pricing strategies, bundles, and promotional mechanics based on competitor benchmarking, commercial objectives, and margin impact.• Plan and execute event calendars with clear revenue and profitability goals across domestic and international marketplaces.• Partner with supply chain and operations teams on demand planning, replenishment, and inventory allocation to minimize stock-outs, penalties, and missed sales.Analytics & Reporting• Publish weekly and monthly dashboards covering revenue, traffic, conversion, advertising efficiency, and contribution margin trends.• Analyze CAC, AOV, LTV, profitability drivers, and account-level business performance to identify actionable growth opportunities.What We’re Looking ForCore Qualifications• 5–6 years of experience in eCommerce account management with strong marketplace ownership.• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Seller/Partner portals, and quick commerce platforms.• Proven experience managing international marketplace accounts, especially Amazon UK and Amazon UAE.• Strong understanding of complete P&L management and commercial decision-making across eCommerce marketplaces.• Demonstrated ability to take full account ownership and drive sustainable growth across multiple brands.• Strong command of marketplace ads with measurable improvements in ROAS, ACOS, and profitability.• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with a data-led approach to decision-making.• Clear communication, stakeholder management ability, and high ownership in a fast-paced environment.Bonus Skills Agency/consulting experience managing multiple consumer brands. Exposure to tools like Helium10, Keepa, DataHawk, and marketplace analytics; Working knowledge of landing‑page CRO to connect upper‑funnel demand with marketplace outcomes.
