Job Description: We are excited to announce an opening for Software Engineer at Inspire Brands. Please find below the details of the role and its responsibilities. Skills Required: Loyalty Systems and platforms, CRM, Marketing platforms, Debugging, Unit Testing, Offer's, Splunk, APIs, POS, Rest, JSON, SSL, oAuth authentication, Open Authorization, Change Management, JIRA & Confluence, POSTMAN, Copilot. Experience Range: 2-3 Years RESPONSIBILITIES: Ideate and develop solutions as it pertains to the product roadmap using loyalty platforms with integrations to internal and third-party systems like POS, mobile, eCommerce, data science platforms and ESP applications Become the subject matter expert on loyalty platforms and SAAS tools Work with QA teams to test enhancements, new features and offers/coupons before production release Correspond with the Support Center team on overall trends and escalations related to Loyalty programs Deliver functional requirements to IT partners and vendors for platform enhancements required in CRM platforms, mobile app, Web, POS, or database Monitor, understand, and troubleshoot system APIs including account, transaction, and loyalty services Document, review and approve technical details through a standardized process of flow diagrams, functional requirements, and functional specification documents Report key performance indicators to management and key stakeholders Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures, providing seamless hand-off to the business users. Utilize standard agile, SCRUM, and SDLC practices for project management and deliverability Provide afterhours support as needed EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: Minimum of 2-3 years experience with design and implementation of loyalty programs or SAAS configurations Experience implementing and managing systems, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment Experience working as part of a Scrum and Agile team Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, APIs, SDLC is a plus Experience with vendor collaboration and management Experience with software releases and roadmap planning REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES : Exceptional work ethic with willingness and ability to learn Strong communications and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team Self-motivated with the ability to define, structure, and prioritize work for self and flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate Ability to adapt and work independently toward a tight deadline in a fast-paced work environment Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple programs at once Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting Strong debugging and unit testing skills Ability to work across various levels of the organization while building trust and fostering collaboration Comfort with ambiguity, and an instinct for taking initiative as well as working with agility Excellent oral and written communication skills capable of communicating in a way that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of widely varying audiences Excellent problem-solving skills ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and overcome unexpected challenges Familiar working with customer data and working knowledge of SQL Working knowledge of APIs, REST, JSON, SSL and oAuth authentication Ability to understand and edit JSON in API tools like Postman to create a collection of APIs for testing Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to explain technical topics to non-technical customers Strong partnering skills and teamwork collaboration is required EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's Degree in IT, engineering, computer science, management information systems or equivalent work experience
