We're Hiring | Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager Gurgaon / Jhajjar, Haryana | Full-Time | On-SiteBo International is a GMP-compliant contract cosmetics manufacturer serving private label and white-label clients across India and international markets. As we scale our new manufacturing facility at Jhajjar and roll out our in-house ERP system, we are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to take complete ownership of our production planning cycle.────────────────────────────── What You Will Own ──────────────────────────────▸ Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) in our ERP from finalized R&D formulations — with zero tolerance for data errors▸ Prepare daily and weekly batch production schedules and issue clear manufacturing instructions to the production floor▸ Generate material requirement plans (MRP) and coordinate purchase indents with the procurement team — within 24 hours of BOM confirmation▸ Track planned vs. actual batch output every day and report variances with root cause analysis▸ Serve as the operational link between R&D, Purchase, QC, and Production teams▸ Maintain 100% ERP data completeness — all batches logged, no manual workarounds────────────────────────────── You Are the Right Fit If You Have ──────────────────────────────▸ 4–8 years of PPC experience in a cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing setup▸ Hands-on BOM creation and ERP experience (SAP, Zoho, Tally Manufacturing, or similar)▸ Prior experience issuing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) to production teams▸ Strong Excel skills and an MRP-first mindset▸ Exposure to GMP-compliant manufacturing environments────────────────────────────── How Performance Is Measured ──────────────────────────────This is a KPI-driven role.
