The role involves handling fund transactions, ensuring timely payments to claimants/vendors, coordinating with US stakeholders, and preparing accurate monthly financial reports for law firms.Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate records ofQSF cash inflow and outflow • Ensure all US team requests are completed within24-hour SLA • Track and process payments to claimants and vendors within definedTAT • Prevent overpayments and ensure zero financial discrepancies • Prepare and delivermonthly payment status reportswith 100% accuracy • Update systems withclaimant-level information • Follow SOPs and checklists to ensure quality compliance • Coordinate withUS counterpartsto resolve discrepancies • Collaborate with inter-department teams for smooth operations • Adhere to company policiesQualifications • Bachelor’s degree inAccounting / Commerce / FinanceExperience •2+ yearsof hands-on experience inFinance / Data Management • Experience inBanking or Ledger Reconciliation(preferred) •Advanced Excel skills– XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Index, etc. • Working knowledge ofMS Outlook • Basic to intermediate knowledge ofdata analysis & interpretation • Strong understanding ofaccounting & finance fundamentalsBehavioral Skills • Positive attitude and professional mindset • Ability to work withcross-functional and US teams • Basic understanding ofUS culture • Strong multitasking and priority-management skills • Self-motivated with ability to work independently • Team player with a continuous improvement mindset
