Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation Develop engaging content for digital and offline platforms including social media, website, product promotions, and emailers. Support internal and external communication with aligned, high-quality content. 2. Digital Marketing Execute digital campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, SoMe, Google Ads, and via email. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement. 3. Graphic & Visual Design Create marketing collaterals like brochures, banners, social media creatives, and standees using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva. Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets. 4. Market Research & Analytics Conduct basic market and competitor research to support campaigns and strategy. Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights for improvement. 5. Campaign, Event & Product Launch Support Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns, exhibitions, webinars, and new product launches. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for collateral, branding, and promotional rollout. 6. Collaboration with Different Teams Work closely with HR for employee branding and internal communication campaigns. Collaborate with the Projects team to develop case studies and customer success stories. Coordinate with the Sales team to support region-specific customer communications and marketing tools. Required Qualifications Master s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field. Relevant work experience in marketing and design. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, and Microsoft Office. Agency experience will be preferred, especially with B2B or industrial clients. Familiarity with social media tools, email marketing platforms and basic analytics tools like Power BI. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management.
