About the Role:We are looking for Solar Power Plant Design AM/DM with hands-on experience in utility-scale (100 MW+) solar PV projects. The role involves complete electrical design, engineering, and coordination for large-scale solar power plants.Key Responsibilities Design and engineering of AC & DC systems for solar PV plants Preparation of plant layouts (PV Layout, inverter stations, control rooms, cable routing, etc.) Development of Single Line Diagrams (DC & AC SLD, Protection, Metering, Aux systems) Perform design calculations: Cable sizing (MV/LT/DC) Earthing & lightning protection Short circuit & busbar sizing Battery, UPS, transformer sizing CT/VT selection & relay settings Preparation of: Technical specifications & tender documents BOQ/BOM, cable schedules, IO lists Block Logic Diagrams & MIS reports Design & review of Control, Protection & SCADA systems Vendor drawing review and technical evaluation Ensure compliance with CEA regulations & applicable standards Coordinate with civil and multidisciplinary teams for GFC drawings Participate in technical discussions, site visits, and issue resolution Drive value engineering & design optimizationRequirements B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering 5–10 years of experience in solar PV design Must have worked on ≥100 MW utility-scale solar project (detailed engineering) Strong knowledge of: Solar plant electrical systems Protection schemes & SCADA Indian grid standards (CEA compliance)Key Skills AutoCAD, ETAP, PVsyst Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Good communication & stakeholder coordination
