The role involves creating compelling motion design and graphics, producing high-quality videos, and collaborating with the creative team to develop dynamic and engaging content. The Motion Graphics Designer will design animations, enhance videos with motion effects, and support multiple projects to help bring creative ideas to life.Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, and create motion graphics for across various industries such as fashion, jewellery, medical, restaurant, real estate, etc. Designing and creating motion graphics and animations for social media posts, videos, digital campaigns, and more. Using Blender to create 3D models, animations, and visual effects for various projects. Creating dynamic visual effects (VFX) and animations that align with brand guidelines. Editing and assembling raw footage, creating dynamic montages, integrating B-roll footage, visual effects, and sound, ensuring smooth transitions, and producing a polished, color-graded video Developing 2D & 3D animation and visual storytelling elements to engage audiences. Continuously improving designs by staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques. Delivering high-quality content within deadlines while maintaining consistency across multiple projects.Qualifications Strong proficiency in motion graphic design software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Experience in creating engaging animations and motion graphics. Familiarity with video editing, compositing techniques, and a solid understanding of animation principles. Strong attention to design, color theory, and composition. Knowledge of visual effects (VFX) and 2D & 3D animation, with the ability to work with audio and sync sound/music to visuals. Strong communication and project management skills to collaborate effectively with team members Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation tools Ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field Experience in a digital marketing or similar creative environment is a plusJob Location - Hyderabad
