We are currently staffing consultants for a large-scale redevelopment program, with a focus on strengthening core construction PMO capabilities, execution governance, and project controls across the program lifecycle.This engagement requires professionals with hands-on experience in construction or infrastructure redevelopment projects, particularly within PMO or program management roles, with strong working knowledge of Primavera P6. The consultant will be responsible for driving structured planning, schedule management, progress tracking, and reporting cadence—ensuring tight alignment between on-site execution and program-level oversight.A key aspect of the role involves integrated planning and project controls, including schedule creation, dependency mapping, delay analysis, and progress monitoring using tools such as Primavera P6 and BIM. The consultant will also support the setup and running of control rooms / war rooms to track milestones, identify risks, and drive timely interventions across workstreams. The role demands strong ownership of MIS reporting and program tracking, including consolidating inputs from contractors and site teams, validating data, and presenting clear, decision-oriented updates to leadership. The consultant will be expected to work closely with developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure coordination, accountability, and adherence to timelines.Given the complexity of redevelopment programs, strong multi-stakeholder management is critical, particularly in aligning priorities across contractors, consultants, and government authorities, and resolving execution bottlenecks in a timely manner. While familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SAP, or BIM is useful, the primary focus is on construction PMO delivery, project controls rigor, and on-ground execution experience. Candidates who bring a practical understanding of how large-scale projects are planned, tracked, and delivered will be strongly preferred.
