We build, brand, and operate world-class sports infrastructure inside schools, communities, and institutions — and we're scaling fast toward 100 centres. OPPORTUNITY We're hiring our first dedicated marketing leader. You won't inherit a playbook — you'll write it. You'll own PlayAll's entire demand engine: running and optimizing ad campaigns hands-on, designing on-ground activations, building CRM journeys, and delivering venue occupancy targets. You'll report directly to the Co-Founder, lead a team of two, and see the impact of your work in real-time — every filled venue, every sold-out event, every returning customer. As we scale from 30 to 100+ centres over the next 3 years, this role grows into a full marketing leadership function with a larger team, expanded budget, and a seat at the strategy table.WHAT YOU'LL OWN Performance Marketing — Hands-On Run, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns yourself — this is not an oversight role, you're in the ad accounts daily Own CAC, ROAS, and cost-per-booking metrics across all venues Collaborate with the agency on strategy and creative briefs, but you hold the keys to the ad accounts Analyse campaign data weekly and reallocate budgets based on what's working Demand Generation & On-Ground Activations Design and execute weekly/monthly activations — sports clinics, female-only sessions, pickup games, weekend leagues, community tournaments Work with Ops on shoulder-hour strategies, dynamic pricing, and promos CRM & Retention Build smart journeys — first booking → second, renewals, win-backs, referrals Run targeted WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns that actually convert Customer Experience Oversight Guide your Customer Success Executive to hit SLA targets (first response, resolution time) Close feedback loops and eliminate recurring issues Brand & Creative Direction Set the visual direction and brief your Graphic Designer on all creatives — social posts, ad banners, event collateral, venue branding Ensure brand consistency across all touchpointsYOU SHOULD APPLY IF You have 4–6 years in consumer/performance marketing with real hands-on ad management experience (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) You're comfortable being in the ad accounts daily — setting up campaigns, tweaking audiences, adjusting bids, reading the data You've managed people and know how to get the best out of a small team You understand the full funnel — awareness to conversion to retention — and have built CRM journeys that moved the needle You've worked with or managed agencies and know how to hold them accountable You've done on-ground activation, not just digital — events, partnerships, community building You communicate confidently in both Hindi and English, written and spoken You're comfortable with field work, weekend events, and startup pace YOU'LL STAND OUT IF You've worked in sports, fitness, or lifestyle and understand the passion-driven consumer You've run hyperlocal community campaigns or grassroots activations You play a sport, coach one, or simply live the game You've built or managed no-code landing pages for campaignsWHY PLAYALL?
