The mortgage underwriter's responsibilities include analyzing and verifying loan applications, evaluating risks, and making loan eligibility decisions.Key Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to U.S. mortgage regulations and underwriting guidelines - Reviewing and verifying loan applications and supporting documentation as per compliance and regulatory standards - Analyzing loan risk and requesting additional information as necessary. - Perform internal Quality check, providing floor support and feedback to team members - Preparing reports on assessment findings. - Maintaining service level standards - Assisting in new-hire trainingsQualifications - 3-4 years of experience in U.S. mortgage underwriting - Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage regulations, guidelines, and underwriting processes - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities - Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsDocuments and things to Carry: Carry a print out your updated resume; Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport). All original education documents need to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM.
