Role : Manager - Corporate Legal (Law/LLB/LLM)Location : Mumbai BKCWorking Type : Full-timeExperience : 8 to 12yrsJob DescriptionThis role is responsible for ensuring all legal aspects of commercial matters in that particular region are handled in a swift, efficient and cost-effective manner.Responsibilities:• Assist the legal team in connection with the Company’s contract review and negotiation and ensure strong coordination with various business units within the Company w.r.t same Proactively addresses new processes to expedite legal support, legal documentation and management of risks.• Responsible for review, vetting and finalization of MSAs, SOWs, Amendments, Partner Agreements, Vendor Agreements etc.• RFP documents review, support and advice• Local language support (in interpreting, translating, reviewing and negotiating) for contracts and other legal matters.• Advice local business stakeholders on various aspects of law.• Responsible for review, vetting and finalization of network related agreements• Negotiation, review, vetting, finalization, execution and registration of Lease-Ins & Lease-OutsMonetization Bid Process, Auction Process, Negotiation, Review, Vetting, Finalization of Drafts, Execution & Registration of Agreements/Deeds, Execution & Registration of agreements, deeds and such other documentation as may be necessary and required for a particular transaction in due adherence with the statutory regulations.Desired Skill sets:Strong technical knowledgeExcellent communication skillsStrong presentation & communication skills Proficiency in using MS Excel & create iterative modelsLocation: Mumbai- BKCEducational Qualification : LLB / LLMInterested candidates kindly share your updated CV with below details:Total Exp:Relevant Exp :Company:Notice Period:
