Job Title

This role has two aspects: 1. Acting as team lead of the Global Marketing team in India and reporting to Head of Activation in HQ, Germany 2. Acting as Senior Project Manager for Global Marketing Activation teamMain tasks within Marketing Activation role: Development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels and countries for new and existing customers in alignment with key stakeholders Analyzing market insights and identifying customer needs to develop global communication campaigns and the global content plan Briefing and aligning cross-departmental teams (includes creative and conceptional input) Manage complex cross-functional projects and align communication efforts with business priorities Analyze performance data to make informed, strategic recommendations Drive the optimization of marketing and communication processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability Leading regular exchange meetings on product launches, content planning and best practice for global and local teamsMain task as leader Build and lead a high-performance marketing team in India Build and maintain a strong network relationship with the 44 country sales organizations and other global functions like product managementYour Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications Experience in working with EU/US companies Solid experience (min 3 years) in building and managing a team Proven skills as international networker in a matrix organization in influencing organizational outcomes indirectly Track record in generating customer insights, preferably B2B Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actions High level of ownership, initiative, creativity and social competence Ability to mentor team members and collaborate across departments Creative mindset combined with a strategic, business-oriented approach Excellent business-level English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory
