We are on a mission to make business setup and expansion effortless for startups, freelancers, and enterprises alike.Role Overview : We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our renewals team. In this inbound sales role, you will be the primary point of contact for existing clients approaching renewal of their virtual office subscriptions. You will be responsible for ensuring a high renewal rate by understanding client needs, addressing queries, and offering relevant upsells or plan upgrades.Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from existing clients regarding renewal of their virtual office plans. Proactively follow up with clients whose subscriptions are due for renewal to ensure timely conversion. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable plans, add-ons, or upgrades to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, renewal status, and follow-up actions in the CRM. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries related to compliance, documentation, or service issues. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly renewal targets and revenue goals. Educate clients on Team Cowork's service offerings, virtual office benefits, and Pan India coverage. Collect client feedback and escalate concerns to the relevant departments promptly. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through a consultative and empathetic approach.Required Skills & qualification : Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA / / BA preferred). 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, telesales, or customer relationship management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive and resilient attitude. Basic understanding of GST, business registration, or compliance processes is an added advantage.What we offer : Competitive CTC between ₹2.6 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA based on experience and performance.
