Job Title: Spinning Master Location: ErodeSalary : 40,000/-About the JobWe are looking for a skilled Spinning Master to manage and control the spinning process, ensuring high-quality yarn production and smooth workflow across all stages.Role SummaryThe Spinning Master will oversee production from blow room to winding, ensuring process efficiency, quality output, and minimal wastage.Key Responsibilities- Supervise complete spinning process (blow room to winding) - Manage workforce, shifts, and labour coordination - Ensure consistent yarn quality and production standards - Optimize machine settings for better output and efficiency - Monitor and control wastage levels - Guide and manage operators and machine handlers - Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth workflow - Coordinate with maintenance team for machine performanceWhat We’re Looking For- 3–8 years of experience in spinning operations - Strong technical knowledge of spinning machinery - Attention to detail in quality control - Ability to handle production pressureHiring Notes- Immediate joiners are an added advantage - Candidates with strong technical background preferred
