The responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing product listings across various e-commerce platforms to ensure visibility and accuracy. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, analyzing sales data to improve performance, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy and developing strategies to improve product positioning online.Qualifications Commerce and Sales skills to effectively handle product listings and drive increased revenue.Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance analysis. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers professionally and handle inquiries efficiently. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital tools, and inventory management systems. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage deadlines effectively. Previous experience in a similar role in e-commerce, retail, or sales is a plus.
