The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing front office interactions, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and memorable stay experience. The role involves coordinating with various departments to meet guest expectations, addressing concerns promptly, and upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
