Reviva Clinic is seeking a qualified and patient-focused Staff Nurse to assist in clinical procedures, ensure patient safety, and provide high-quality pre- and post-procedure care. The candidate should be skilled, disciplined, and experienced in aesthetic/dermatology or surgical assistance.Key Responsibilities• Assist doctors during hair transplant, aesthetic, and minor surgical procedures• Prepare OT (Operation Theatre) and maintain strict aseptic protocols• Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care• Administer medications and maintain treatment records accurately• Ensure sterilization of instruments and infection control compliance• Educate patients regarding aftercare instructions• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently• Maintain nursing documentation and clinic reportsRequired Qualifications• GNM / B.Sc Nursing (mandatory)• Valid Nursing Registration Certificate• Minimum 1–3 years clinical experience (Hair transplant/dermatology experience preferred)• Knowledge of OT protocols and infection control standards⸻Skills & Competencies• Strong clinical and procedural assistance skills• Good communication and patient counseling ability• Attention to detail and hygiene standards• Team coordination and time management• Ability to work in high-precision aesthetic environment⸻Work Environment• Clinical/OT-based role• Full-time position• Rotational shifts (if applicable)
