At Terrapy, we are building a new kind of women’s wellness brand that sits at the intersection of science, ritual, and community.We’re looking for anExecutive Assistant to the Founderwho can operate at the center of this journey.This isnot a traditional EA role . Itcombines executive support, coordination, and early-stage HR exposure in a fast-growing startup environment.The Job You will work closely with the Founder across:• Founder’s Office & Executive SupportManaging a dynamic calendar and shifting priorities Preparing for meetings, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring execution Handling confidential communication with discretion Supporting founder-led initiatives, events, and collaborations• Communication & Stakeholder ManagementActing as a bridge between the Founder and internal teams, agencies, and partners Managing email communication and follow-ups Coordinating high-priority meetings and interactions• Operations & Office ManagementOverseeing day-to-day office operations Managing vendors, facilities, and internal coordination Maintaining documentation and operational systems• HR CoordinationSupporting hiring, onboarding, and employee records Assisting with basic HR processes (attendance, leave, documentation)• Project Coordination (when required)Tracking timelines across product, marketing, and website projects Coordinating across teams to ensure progress Flagging delays, risks, and gaps proactivelyYou will thrive in this role if you are:Highly organised, but flexible when things change Proactive and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders Looking to grow within a startup environmentWhat we are looking for 3 to 5years in an Executive Assistant / Founder’s Office role Experience working with founders or senior leadership Strong communication and organisational skills Exposure to HR and/or operations is a plus High ownership, discretion, and reliabilityWhat you will get Direct exposure to founder-level decision making A high-impact, cross-functional role The opportunity to grow with a scaling brand A dynamic role that evolves with the business A young, fun and caring work enviornment.
