This role is critical in building sustainable manpower pipelines to support factory production through strategic sourcing, government partnerships, and field recruitment initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end recruitment of operators, helpers, and trainees from regions like Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Assam, UP, and West Bengal Leverage government schemes (DDU-GKY, PMKVY, etc.) and ensure compliance, documentation, and benefit utilization Build strong partnerships with skill development centers, NGOs, and training institutes Plan and execute field recruitment drives, job camps, and mobilization activities Manage vendors/contractors and develop reliable sourcing networks Ensure smooth onboarding, workforce mobilization, and reduced drop-offs Align hiring with production targets and maintain buffer manpower Track retention, improve quality of hire, and optimize sourcing strategies Maintain accurate MIS, reporting, and recruitment analytics Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate with 8–10 years of experience in mass/blue-collar hiring Proven experience in inter-state manpower sourcing (North/East India) Strong network in labour supply regions preferred Willingness to travel extensively Interested candidate can directly reach out to /
