Tasks / Responsibilities: IAM onboarding: Guide CTO teams through the onboarding of assets and applications to the central access management system. Understand onboarding workflows and provide expert advice and support. Track and report onboarding progress to ensure timely completion. PAM Onboarding: Monitor and track remediation of privileged accounts with CyberArk onboarding issues. Collaborate with CTO teams to define action plans and close gaps. Support creation of risks and exceptions for missing onboardings and maintain accurate status to avoid overdue items. Authorization Concept: Assist CTO teams in developing Access Management documentation for applications and infrastructure. Facilitate alignment with central IAM teams to define solutions and best practices. Reporting: Prepare and present IAM status reports to stakeholders. Track and report metrics related to onboarding, remediation, and compliance. Support the creation and operation of the Unit Information Security Committee. Identify and report blockers to senior team members for resolution. Maintain and update IAM knowledge base in Confluence. Qualifications / Required skills: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field. Experience: 46 years in IAM, security monitoring, or IT security operations. Certifications: Preferred CISM, CISA, or IAM-specific certifications. Skills: Strong understanding of IAM principles, authentication, and authorization. Familiarity with IAM tools (Active Directory, SSO, MFA) and monitoring solutions. Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and reporting skills.
