This is not a role for someone who only manages HR operations. It requires someone who can stay focused on next-order organization and talent questions, while helping build the structure, discipline, and leadership capability needed for the years ahead.What you will own- Architect the organization for the next phase of scale across business lines, geographies, and leadership layers - Build stronger leadership quality, succession thinking, and senior talent assessment - Drive transformation in how the company thinks about talent, performance, culture, and managerial effectiveness - Create people systems that are scalable, relevant, and actually used . Stress test the current ones for impact and relevance. - Partner deeply with founders and senior leaders on difficult people, organization, and capability decisions - Help the company build toward stronger institutional and long-term readiness without losing entrepreneurial speed and sharpnessWhat we are really looking forThis role needs someone who has personally seen and handled scale, understands the realities of a high-growth consumer business, and knows how to organize a people charter in a complex environment.The person should be able to operate with both strategic depth and practical judgment — someone who can hold multiple aspects of the journey together: org design, leadership, talent density, culture, performance, and governance.Just as importantly, we are looking for someone who understands that transformation cannot be imported mechanically.
