Job Overview: We are seeking a creative, strategic, and proactive Social Media Manager to oversee and manage our presence across all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, designing, posting, and managing engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, engaging our community, and driving traffic and conversions. Key Responsibilities:  Manage and maintain all official social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).  Develop, design, and schedule high-quality content (graphics, reels, carousels, videos, etc.).  Plan and execute monthly strategic content calendars tailored to each platform.  Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community and messages.  Track performance and insights using analytics tools to optimize strategies.  Stay updated with social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices.  Manage paid ad campaigns across platforms if needed.  Handle crisis management and reputation monitoring on social media.  Monitor competitors’ social presence and suggest improvements. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.  2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization.  Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar.  Strong creative writing, editing, and communication skills.  Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.  Experience in creating both organic and paid content strategies.  Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Preferred:  Experience in B2B or Aerospace/Tech industry.  Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.
